l'Ametlla del Vallés アーモンドの村 Almond village

El diumenge passat vaig compartir un dia preciós i saborós amb els amics de vidre a Can Fusteret, aquí és obert la porta a fer docència d'ofici del vidre artesanal i artistic, especialment el teller de  vidre reciclat , en Ferran i la Maria, són els fundadors de AVENTURINA que fan el curset de vidre  amb el seu forn mòbil a tot arreu.

un taller itinerant

先週の日曜は谷間のアーモンドと言う名の村でカタルーニャ名物のカルソターダにおよばれした。炭火で焼いたカルソッツというネギを新聞紙にくるみ蒸し焼きになったところを真っ黒に焼かれた表皮を剥いてアーモンドと唐辛子、オリーブ油、ニンニクなどをすりつぶしたソースをつけていただくのだが指も顔も真っ黒にして青空の下で食べる甘く柔らかいネギはいくらでもおなかに入って 美味しく楽しい日曜日を堪能した。

Almost 17 years ago I started the 3R project for small workshops, these plates are the first test pieces which I made with recycled glass from the glass workshop's garbage. Now I'm working one more R,  4R project -reuse, recycle, reduce, and refuse. On the next post I will tell more details about this project.
